I walked into 2 other stores before Sea Wave which all said they could not fix it/did not take a look at the necklace. When I went to SeaWave, they took a look and immediately fixed it in a minute. He used a wrench and tightened the hook. When I went to pay, he did not accept any money from me which was so generous. The owner seemed to have a really great compassionate energy.
